We are looking for a passionate, reliable dog lover with knowledge of basic animal behavior and experience working with dogs. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, open-minded personality and a genuine interest in animal welfare. A successful applicant will have strong communication skills and be comfortable communicating with others via email, text, and phone calls.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Walk dogs of all sizes and personalities for 15min, 25min, 45min

• Priorities Dogs safety and comfort 

• Update pet parents with text & pictures

• Be able to commute between visits in all weather conditions. Must be able to drive (have a car of your own) or bike (we can provide)

• Efficiently communicate with the office staff about scheduling, meeting clients, updates about clients/dogs etc.

• Be available for occasional overnight sittings and weekend off-hours visits for clients' dogs you regularly walk

• Have a smartphone with a data plan and use a work app to update daily visits

• Be self-sufficient and have good time management skills
